Welcome to Zaviel Fragrance. These Terms and Services govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services within Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight variations may occur.

Orders and Acceptance

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Zaviel Fragrance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and approved online payment methods available in Pakistan.
  • Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Zaviel Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or courier partners.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days within major cities of Pakistan. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier service, risk of loss or delay lies with the courier company.

Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • The parcel must be completely unopened, sealed, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • If the parcel has been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with, the return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • The product must be returned to the same address from where it was dispatched.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, brand names, product descriptions, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of Zaviel Fragrance and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to harm, hack, or interfere with website functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zaviel Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are advised to review ingredient information for allergies before use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
