Return & Refund Policy

Zaviel Fragrance

At Zaviel Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Returns Policy

Perfumes are personal-use and hygienic items. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tested.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Product damaged during delivery
  3. Missing item(s) in the order

Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any request made after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. Clear photos or videos of the parcel (outer packaging) and product must be provided as proof.
  3. The return request must be reviewed and approved by our team before sending the parcel back.
  4. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are issued only for approved return cases.
  2. Online payment refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as mutually agreed with the customer.
  4. Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after return approval and inspection.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind after receiving the product
  2. Fragrance not matching personal preference
  3. Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  4. Delivery failure due to customer unavailability

Courier & Delivery Issues

If a parcel is returned due to:

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Refusal to accept a COD parcel
  3. Multiple failed delivery attempts

The customer may be required to pay re-delivery charges before the parcel is shipped again.
