Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days within major cities of Pakistan.

Remote or non-service areas may take 3–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Free delivery is available on all orders above PKR 4,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders below PKR 4,000 will be charged standard shipping fees based on location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

Customers must ensure availability at the provided address at the time of delivery.

Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future orders.
Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries

Re-delivery charges may apply before the order is shipped again.
Damaged Parcels

If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please record a video while opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
