Zaviel Fragrance

At Zaviel Fragrance, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days within major cities of Pakistan.

  • Remote or non-service areas may take 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Free delivery is available on all orders above PKR 4,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Orders below PKR 4,000 will be charged standard shipping fees based on location.

  • Zaviel Fragrance reserves the right to modify shipping charges or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status.

Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Zaviel Fragrance is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

Re-delivery charges may apply before the order is shipped again.

Damaged Parcels

  • If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please record a video while opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be entertained.
